This is my first run after I cut my foot open.  Running did break the cut open a little and I feel I was running a touch awkwardly.  Totally needed to bust this out though.  My HR was ~ 5bpm higher than standard, but I ran an avg 9:04 min per mile pace rather than my standard 9:30 pace.

Though I'm sure I'm going to fade after 20-miles... a girl can dream of holding a 9:30 pace...which would mean a finish time of 4:09.  How amazing would that be!?!!

In 6-days, I will run my first marathon.  I have no worries about finishing the race, though I don't feel it will go as well as I hope.

Erie to practice climbing, belaying, and rappelling skills. We lucked out w/the weather - there was a 90% chance of rain yet it only sprinkled up on the mini mountain.Below is a pic of where we were climbing in the morning. It was just a little mini cliff, but it def took a while to get used to climbing (for my first time ever) while in mountaineering boots. Really, I've spend the past two official weeks of training visciously fighting my thoughts of how much easier it would be to NOT be training for anything.
